The Recruiting Process

Your application does not go into a black hole! We actually look at every application that is submitted, so apply!
Phone Conversation: If you are identified as a potential fit for a position, we will reach out to schedule a time to connect over the phone, to get a better idea of your background and career goals. At this time we can also answer any questions you have regarding the firm.

In-Person Interview: Should the phone conversation go well and both parties are still interested, the next step is an in-house interview with one or two of our team members, focused on your technical and project manager skills. If your 1st round interview goes well, a 2nd round interview will be scheduled with one or two additional team members, and will focus on culture, teamwork skills, and client relationship skills. Both interviews are designed to give you the opportunity to share your background with us, and for our team to share their experiences at the firm with you.

If you are a good fit for CNM, a recruiting team member will reach out to you with a contingent offer that will include your starting salary, bonus structure, and a benefit overview! We would ideally like a response within seven days of the offer.
Great, you accepted an offer with CNM LLP! As part of our accepted offer process, you will complete a form authorizing us to perform a background check, and submit an application for employment. This process takes approximately three days. Once Human Resources is able to review the report, we will determine a mutually-agreed upon start date!
