Woodland Hills, Calif. – November 10, 2008 – CNM LLP, an independent accounting and advisory services firm, today announced the appointment of Anthony Radaich as Executive Director.

Prior to joining CNM, Mr. Radaich was an audit and business advisory partner with Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. While at Ernst & Young LLP, he was responsible for venture capital relationships in the Greater Los Angeles area and also managed the firm’s Entrepreneur of the Year® program. At Arthur Andersen LLP, he served as the managing partner of the Woodland Hills office. Mr. Radaich specializes in providing services to early stage, venture-funded companies and middle market enterprises in the retail, consumer products, technology, Internet and health sciences sectors.
In April 2008, Mr. Radaich was appointed to the Board of Directors of Santa Barbara-based InTouch Technologies, Inc., a leader in Remote Presence technology for healthcare providers. He currently serves as Chairman of InTouch Technologies’ Audit Committee. He was also recently appointed Strategic Advisor of Riordan, Lewis & Haden (RLH), a leading private equity firm that invests in growing middle market enterprises primarily in the Western U.S. In October 2008, Mr. Radaich joined the Board of Directors of the Surfrider Foundation, an international non-profit organization.
Mr. Radaich is the recipient of numerous industry accolades and honors throughout his career. He has served as a member of the executive committee of the American
Electronics Association (AeA) and on the advisory boards for California State University, Northridge and Pomona. He is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
