Greg Endresen is a Managing Director in CNM’s Orange County office with over 12 years of experience in public accounting. He serves in both the Accounting & Transaction Advisory and Internal Controls & SOX Advisory groups at CNM. His expertise includes technical accounting and financial reporting, as well as Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Greg’s client base includes companies in numerous industries, including technology, consumer products, professional services, aerospace, retail, and life sciences. Greg specializes in various technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition, complex debt/equity arrangements, earnings per share, and business combinations, as well as leading clients through the IPO/SPAC process. He has also assisted his clients with first-time implementation and ongoing compliance with the provisions of Sarbanes-Oxley.
Prior to joining CNM, Greg was an external audit manager at KPMG. During his career at KPMG, Greg primarily served on the integrated audits of multinational public companies. Greg was highly involved in all aspects of those audits, including planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, internal control testing, and financial reporting.
