Oleg Adamenko is a Managing Director in CNM’s San Diego office with 13 years of experience in public accounting. He has a vast knowledge of GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and has worked extensively with multinational clients navigating through complex accounting and financial reporting matters. Oleg currently assists clients with various technical accounting inquiries, IPO readiness, reverse merger and reverse recapitalization transactions, financial reporting, and new accounting standard implementation. Oleg has extensive experience in technical subject matters such as revenue recognition, collaborative arrangements, complex debt and equity instruments, embedded derivatives, stock-based compensations, variable interest entities, equity investments, and business combinations.
Prior to joining CNM, Oleg was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG. He has expertise in serving clients in a broad spectrum of industries. Oleg also led teams in the adoption and implementation of new accounting pronouncements, including revenue recognition under ASC 606.
