Calvin Wu is a Director in CNM’s Los Angeles office with 18 years of experience in information systems audit and information technology (IT) risk advisory services. His primary areas of focus include audits of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and readiness, IT security/operational audits, IT risk assessments (gap analysis and rationalization), and IT SOX test plans for both public and private companies across various industries.
Prior to joining CNM, Calvin was a Senior Manager at Deloitte, where he managed and executed a variety of engagement types including SOX attestations, internal audits, IT operational audits, and cyber assessments. He was responsible for leading and managing teams through all project phases including planning/coordination, executing/testing, deficiency evaluation, concluding, and reporting. His management portfolio included companies with annual revenues ranging from $100M to $50B, and over $4.5M in managed fees annually.
