Breanne St Martin is a Managing Director in CNM’s Orange County office with 11+ years of experience in Public Accounting and SOX Consulting. Her primary experience is Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and evaluating and testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal control structures to determine compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Breanne is responsible for risk assessment preparation/review, entity-level controls, fraud assessment, documentation/review of process flows, deficiency assessments, and remediation, and documenting conclusions reached.
Prior to joining CNM, Breanne worked as a Senior Manager at PwC, where she planned, managed and conducted both nonintegrated and integrated audit financial statements for various industries in various stages of maturity (pre- revenue to $9 Billion in revenues). She served for multiple years as the lead SOX coordinator for an engagement with $5M annual audit budget, responsible for communicating with various stakeholder (internal audit, IT, management), determining materiality and project plans, reviewing testing and drafting/reviewing audit team responses for identified control deficiencies.
