Wallace Tan is a Director in CNM’s Malaysia office with 11 years of experience in internal audit and risk consulting. He is responsible for coordinating various Sarbanes-Oxley projects and works closely with the engagement team to ensure the client’s expectations are being met.
Prior to joining CNM, Wallace worked as a Risk Consulting Associate Director at Crowe, where he led and supervised internal audit engagements, as well as enterprise risk management and compliance-based reviews for clients across various industries. He assumed the responsibility for the entire process, from initial planning to final reporting to the Audit Committee. Additionally, Wallace served as an Internal Control Manager at one of the world’s largest communications groups. In this capacity, he was responsible for evaluating key controls’ design and operating effectiveness within the Shared Service Centers globally, spanning the Americas, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
