Emily Gong is a Director at CNM’s Los Angeles office with over seven years of experience in public accounting. Her expertise resides in IT SOX implementation, IT General Controls testing, systems and data flow narratives, and third-party attestation reporting. Emily has worked in various industries, inclusive of financial services, technology, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining CNM, Emily worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for four years as a senior associate in the Risk Assurance practice with a focus on financial services. She planned, coordinated, and conducted testing of financially relevant systems for integrated financial audits and attestation reports for companies in asset management, credit cards, business solutions and home loan servicing. She performed testing over IT General Control including Access to Programs and Data, Change Management and Computer Operations. Additionally, she performed assessments over the design and effectiveness of business process controls.
