Vianey Coronado Angeles

Director

Vianey A. Coronado Angeles is a Director in CNM’s San Diego office with over 6 years of experience in public accounting. Her primary experience is in US GAAP, SOX compliance, technical accounting research, and financial reporting. She is responsible for providing technical accounting and financial reporting solutions to our clients. Vianey also serves as an advisor on first year implementations of Sarbanes Oxley provisions as well as ongoing SOX compliance for public companies.

Prior to joining CNM, Vianey worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG, where she planned, managed, and executed integrated financial statement audits for private and public clients in various industries. She collaborated with clients, specialists, and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely completion of audit procedures in accordance with AICPA and PCAOB regulations. She was actively involved in the risk assessment, engagement management, and client coordination of her audits.
