Woodland Hills, California – August 24, 2018 – CNM LLP is proud to announce the addition of Dieter Wulff as Practice Leader within its Accounting and Transaction Advisory group. Dieter will be responsible for expanding CNM’s bandwidth in the market to timely assist companies navigating through complex transactions and the related technical accounting and financial reporting implications. He will provide valuable coaching and mentorship to a motivated group of consultants, drawing on his broad experience leading diverse teams during his career in public accounting.
Dieter joins CNM LLP with over 17 years of accounting experience and vast, specialized knowledge of GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has worked extensively with multinational clients navigating through complex accounting and financial reporting matters, and this expertise will be a tremendous resource for CNM’s client base.
Prior to joining CNM, Dieter was an Audit Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He has served clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including industrial products (textiles, automotive, construction and engineering), professional services and business process outsourcing. While at PwC, he also served in the capacity of an accounting consultant in PwC’s national technical office and authored thought leadership publications on a variety of US GAAP and IFRS topics.
He studied accounting in South Africa at the University of Stellenbosch and the University of Natal. He is a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and a licensed CPA in California.
