Health &
Wellness

MEDICAL
CNM employees are eligible to participate in the CNM benefit plan from day one with no waiting period – new employees have 30 days from their start date to make their benefit selections. There are PPO, HMO, HSA, FSA and HDHP plans to choose from via Aetna and Kaiser.
DENTAL
Employees are offered optional dental insurance through MetLife. With the Metlife Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plans, you may visit a PPO dentist and benefit from the negotiated rate or visit a non‐network dentist.
VISION
CNM covers 100% of the cost of vision insurance for all employees with the VSP Network under SunLife. The SunLife vision plan provides professional vision care and high-quality lenses and frames through a broad network of optical specialists.

Life Insurance

Basic Life Insurance is company-provided for each employee equal to $150,000. Additional employee Optional Life Insurance, Spouse, and/or Child Life Insurance coverage options available through SunLife.

Disability

Basic short-term disability insurance covering up to 20% of the employee’s weekly base salary up to $1,000 per week for 12 weeks is available at an additional charge to employee from SunLife. Basic long-term disability insurance covering up to 60% of a professional’s monthly base salary up to $10,000 is available.

Accident Insurance

Sun Life Accident insurance will pay you a benefit to help cover your out-of-pocket medical costs in case of an off-the-job accident. For covered accidental injuries, fixed benefits are paid directly to you, regardless of any other coverage.

Pet Insurance

CNM offers you the option to purchase pet insurance at a discounted rate through Nationwide. Pet insurance can help pay for health problems and conditions related to accidental injuries, poisonings, and illnesses (including cancer). It may help cover diagnostic tests, x-rays, treatments, prescriptions, office calls, lab fees, surgeries, and hospitalizations.

Dependent CareFSA

Dependent care flexible spending account available to cover qualified, employment-related, out-of-pocket day care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Health FSA

Healthcare flexible spending account available to cover out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Maternity Leave

Up to 14 weeks of Maternity Leave with 100% of your salary.

Employer Paid Programs

Coverage for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Emergency Travel Assistance, and Identity Theft Protection Program are provided by CNM at no cost to you.

Hospital Indemnity

Provided by Sun Life Hospital Indemnity insurance is designed to provide financial protection for covered individuals by paying a lump sum benefit if you are admitted to the hospital, as well as a daily benefit for days spent confined. There are no pre-existing condition limitations, with the exception of hospitalizations due to pregnancy, which are covered after 9 months. Benefits are paid directly to the insured and do not coordinate with any other benefit payments.

Critical Illness Insurance

Sun Life Critical Illness insurance can help you protect yourself and your family from the unexpected cost of fighting a life-threatening illness. You’ll receive a lump-sum cash payment upon diagnosis of a covered condition such as heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and cancer.

Parental Leave

Up to 8 weeks of Parental Leave with 100% of your salary.

Paid Time Off
& Holidays

PAID TIME OFF
Employees receive 15 days of paid time off per year during their first 2 years. After two years of employment, employees receive 20 days of paid time off.
HOLIDAYS
CNM generally observes 6 company-paid holidays per year.
HOLIDAY SHUT-DOWN
In addition to the company standard holidays, CNM shuts down each year between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, providing an additional 5-6 company-paid holidays

RETIREMENT
CNM offers a match of 100% for the first 1% of employee’s contribution and a 50% match for the next 5% of the employees’ contribution for each pay period.
