Core Benefits
Medical: CNM professionals are eligible to participate in the CNM benefit plan from day one with no waiting period – new professionals have 30 days from their start date to make their benefit selections. There are PPO, AVN HMO, PHMO, HSA, FSA and HDHP plans to choose from via Aetna and Kaiser.
Dental: Professionals are offered optional dental insurance through MetLife. With the Metlife Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plans, you may visit a PPO dentist and benefit from the negotiated rate or visit a non‐network dentist.
Vision: CNM covers 100% of the cost of vision insurance for all professionals with the VSP Network under SunLife. The SunLife vision plan provides professional vision care and high-quality lenses and frames through a broad network of optical specialists.
Additional Health & Wellness Benefits
Basic Life Insurance is company-provided for each professional equal to $150,000. Additional professional Optional Life Insurance, Spouse, and/or Child Life Insurance coverage options available through SunLife.
Basic short-term disability insurance covering up to 20% of the professional’s weekly base salary up to $1,000 per week for 12 weeks is available at an additional charge to professional from SunLife. Basic long-term disability insurance covering up to 60% of a professional’s monthly base salary up to $10,000 is available.
Sun Life Accident insurance will pay you a benefit to help cover your out-of-pocket medical costs in case of an off-the-job accident. For covered accidental injuries, fixed benefits are paid directly to you, regardless of any other coverage.
CNM offers you the option to purchase pet insurance at a discounted rate through Metlife. Pet insurance can help pay for health problems and conditions related to accidental injuries, poisonings, and illnesses (including cancer). It may help cover diagnostic tests, x-rays, treatments, prescriptions, office calls, lab fees, surgeries, and hospitalizations.
Dependent care flexible spending account available to cover qualified, employment-related, out-of-pocket day care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Healthcare flexible spending account available to cover out-of-pocket medical, dental, and vision expenses on a pre-tax basis.
Up to 14 weeks of Maternity Leave with 100% of your salary.
Coverage for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Emergency Travel Assistance, and Identity Theft Protection Program are provided by CNM at no cost to you.
Provided by Sun Life, Hospital Indemnity insurance is designed to provide financial protection for covered individuals by paying a lump sum benefit if you are admitted to the hospital, as well as a daily benefit for days spent confined. There are no pre-existing condition limitations, with the exception of hospitalizations due to pregnancy, which are covered after 9 months. Benefits are paid directly to the insured and do not coordinate with any other benefit payments.
Sun Life Critical Illness insurance can help you protect yourself and your family from the unexpected cost of fighting a life-threatening illness. You’ll receive a lump-sum cash payment upon diagnosis of a covered condition such as heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and cancer.
Up to 8 weeks of Parental Leave with 100% of your salary.
Commuter Benefits are available through Igoe. This allows professionals to use pre-tax funds to cover commuting expenses to and from work such as public transportation, vanpooling, and parking. For those enrolled in the program, CNM will also provide up to a $500 contribution.
Paid Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off:
Employees receive 15 days of paid time off per year during their first 2 years. After two years of employment, employees receive 20 days of paid time off.
Wellness Days:
CNM provides 3 Wellness Days annually to support a professional’s mental, emotional, or physical well being.
Holidays:
CNM generally observes 6 company-paid holidays per year.
Holiday Shut-Down:
In addition to the company standard holidays, CNM shuts down each year between the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, providing an additional 5-6 company-paid holidays
Other Benefits & Perks
Wellness Allowance: CNM professionals enjoy an $800 annual wellness allowance through their Lifestyle Spending Account on Igoe. This allowance goes towards products and/or activities which promote health and wellness.
Tech Allowance: CNM professionals enjoy a $500 annual technology allowance through their Lifestyle Spending Account on Igoe. This allowance goes toward the purchase of office and/or communications equipment that increases productivity and efficiency.
Wellness & Personal Development Subscription: CNM professionals are encouraged to pursue personal development and may sign up for a personal development subscription or a wellness app subscription of their choosing. CNM will reimburse up to $150 per year for one subscription.
Retirement: CNM offers a match of 100% for the first 1% of professional’s contribution and a 50% match for the next 5% of the professional’s contribution for each pay period.
Other Ways We Support You
CNM professionals enjoy an $80 monthly mobile phone reimbursement included in each pay check.
CNM will provide a one-time bonus to eligible CNM professionals for successfully completing applicable professional certifications and a one-time reimbursement for the materials towards those applicable certifications.

Each year, CNM organizes impactful chargeable giveback events hosted at each office, aligning with CNM’s commitment to delivering meaningful contributions while fostering collaboration among professionals, clients, and the community.

Each quarter, four CNM professionals are highlighted in our Culture Corner for their contributions to our workplace culture and values. Featured professionals will receive a $200 reward in recognition of their positive impact and dedication.
CNM professionals are eligible to go negative up to forty hours on their PTO balances.
Each quarter, CNM provides a gift card of $100 to all professionals who take 5 consecutive days off of PTO.
