Expansion into Orange County
CNM has recently expanded into Orange County with the opening of a new office in Irvine. CNM’s Irvine office is led by Practice Leader, Jeremy Wheeler, an accounting and business development professional with over a decade of experience in accounting and audit at Big 4 accounting firm KPMG. Nathan Matthews, Managing Partner and Founder
Nathan Matthews has over 20 years of public accounting experience at Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, and CNM. He has assisted public companies with a complete range of SEC required filings, including IPO filings, and has performed multiple acquisitions and due diligence projects ranging from several million dollars to several hundred million dollars for multiple publicly held companies. Nathan has consulted companies on the implementation of the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act for multi-national and newly registered public companies since 2003.
Beatrice Leong, Partner
Since 2004, Beatrice Leong has overseen CNM’s Compliance Risk and Advisory Services practice, providing leadership and project management advice to CNM teams and clients, with a particular emphasis on Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 risk assessment and planning. She joined CNM after seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and is recognized as one of the premier Sarbanes-Oxley compliance providers in Southern California.
Brett Luis, IT Practice Leader
Brett Luis is an expert in IT assurance, governance, risk and compliance and brings over a decade of Big 4 managerial experience to his role at CNM. He directs the firm’s expanding IT audit and advisory services practice focused on aligning clients’ information technology capabilities with the strategic and financial objectives of their organization.
