Woodland Hills, California – June 6, 2019 – CNM LLP is delighted to announce the appointments of Managing Directors, E.J. Hilbert, Jeffrey Weiss and Mike Culver.
E.J. Hilbert became a Managing Director of CNM’s Cyber Resiliency Practice in January, and has over two decades of experience in the Cyber Security and Privacy field. Before joining the firm, E.J. was the CEO of Path Network, a network traffic and site uptime monitoring start-up. E.J. has also spent eight years working for the FBI, as the lead case agent for numerous cybercrimes, white collar and counterterrorism investigations.
Jeffrey Weiss has been appointed to serve as a Managing Director in CNM’s Orange County Compliance and Risk Advisory practice. He has over 12 years of experience in Internal Audit, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance and consulting. Prior to joining CNM, Jeffrey was a Director at Protiviti within their Internal Audit and Financial Advisory practice.
Mike Culver has become a Managing Director in CNM’s ITS practice in Los Angeles, and has fifteen years of experience helping organizations better manage information technology, cybersecurity, and financial and operational risks, while discovering new opportunities to create value. Previously, Mike was a Specialist Leader at Deloitte. His duties included managing and executing cybersecurity, financial, operational and technology controls assessments in support of a variety of requirements and engagement types.
