CNM’s first employee, Beatrice Leong, was promoted to Partner in 2014, the same year the firm’s IT SOX service line was created, and its Orange County office opened. “I started at CNM when it was a newly formed company, and it’s been an honor to be a part of the journey,” says Beatrice. “Over the last 20 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented and dedicated colleagues. By 2016, CNM grew to 50 full-time professionals, promoting Sanjay Sheth, who joined the firm in 2006 as a Senior Associate, to Partner. Over the next seven years, CNM’s growth accelerated as the company doubled in revenue and size and created the Internal Audit service line. In 2019, the company expanded its national footprint with new offices in San Diego and New York, and the Cybersecurity service line was created. In 2022, Sanjay was promoted to Managing Partner and continues leading the firm to unprecedented growth and success today. In 2023, CNM appointed its first ever President, Bill Strong, and reached yet another major milestone in the company’s 20-year history with its first international office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, led by Beatrice.
CNM currently has five offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, New York City, and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and six areas of practice, plus a Professional Practice Group.
