Chauncey Tse is a Director in CNM’s Los Angeles office with 12 years of experience in IT audit, IT security, governance and risk management. He manages IT SOX and internal audit engagements ranging from consumer products, biotechnology, healthcare, real estate and entertainment industries for pre-IPO to large companies. He has experience in gap analysis, SOX control implementation, application controls assessment for ERP systems and internal audit. He has worked with Oracle, JDE, SAP, Intacct and Netsuite ERP systems.
Prior to joining CNM, Chauncey served as a Manager at KPMG, American Express and Anthem Blue Cross. Chauncey is an experienced IT audit, governance, risk and compliance professional with outstanding abilities in project management, IT compliance and information security. Further, he has managed IT internal audits, global security compliance programs, IT SOX documentation and testing projects, and provided SOX consulting and remediation assistance services to pre-IPO as well as public companies.
