Director

Chris Boros is a Director in CNM’s San Diego office with almost ten years of experience in public accounting and private industry. His primary expertise relates to evaluating and testing the design and operating effectiveness of internal control structures to determine compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. In addition, he also has extensive experience working with clients to identify and build solutions to automate manual processes,  and by leveraging data analytics to allow clients to obtain better insights into the key performance indicators unique to their business.

Prior to joining CNM, Chris worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance practice, where he performed numerous integrated and financial statement audits in various industries including consumer products, technology, aerospace & defense, and life science for both public and private companies. Chris was highly involved in all aspects of the audits on which he served, including: planning, risk assessment, substantive testing, internal control testing, financial reporting, and coordination with management. While at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he spent his last two years in a technology role, focused on learning process automation tools and techniques. During this time in the technology role, he learned how to identify manual business and control processes suited for automation, as well as learning how to design, build and leverage solutions to automate procedures to bring efficiencies daily tasks and reduce risk.
