Director

Danielle Monroe is a Director in CNM’s San Diego office with 8 years of experience in public accounting. Her primary expertise is in technical accounting research, SOX compliance, and financial reporting under AICPA and PCAOB standards. Danielle is responsible for providing technical accounting and financial reporting solutions to our clients. She also serves as an advisor on first year SOX implementations and ongoing compliance for SEC registrants.

Prior to joining CNM, Danielle worked as an Audit Manager at RSM US LLP, where she planned and executed integrated financial statement audits for life sciences, consumer products, and technology companies. She managed SOX 404(b) implementation projects in connection with financial statement audit testing and analyzed complex accounting matters, including revenue recognition with multiple performance obligations, lessee accounting, and business combinations. Danielle possesses a strong skill set with regards to risk assessment and project management coordination to achieve client and regulatory objectives.
