Darren Oh is a Managing Director at CNM’s Los Angeles Office with over 12 years of audit and accounting experience. His primary expertise is in technical accounting and financial reporting.
Prior to joining CNM, Darren worked at Moss Adams LLP where he planned, executed and managed all phases of the audit process for various public companies and assisted in a wide range of SEC filings. Darren has extensive experience in technical subject matters such as initial public offerings (including SPACs), revenue recognition, business combinations, debt and equity restructures, stock-based compensation, functional currency assessment, software capitalization and financial reporting under U.S Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards.
