Hari Aiyer is a Director in CNM’s Los Angeles office with 15+ years of experience leading multiple initiatives for implementing and improving controls within complex IT environments. His primary experience includes design, implementation, testing, and managing complex audit engagements across Financial Services industry clients. In his current role at CNM, Hari’s focus is to provide guidance and advice on internal control solutions and the successful delivery of IT audit engagements.
Hari’s career began at Deloitte within the Enterprise Risk Assurance practice leading ERP security, IT Internal Audits, and IT SOX compliance audits. Prior to joining CNM, Hari advised and managed banking and wealth management client audits of all sizes and supported IT Audit work. He has performed audits with Allianz- Pimco, Charles Schwab-TD Ameritrade, Farmers and Merchants Bank of Long beach, Silvergate Bank, and Pacific Mercantile Bank. Most recently, Hari worked at a regional public accounting firm as a Senior Manager where he led multiple engagements implementing ITGCs for Pre-IPO and year-one banking clients.
