Jessica Lim

Director

Jessica is a Director in CNM’s Malaysia office with 12 years of experience in audit and assurance. Her primary expertise is in technical accounting.

Prior to joining CNM, Jessica worked at Deloitte Luxembourg and Ernst & Young’s Singapore and Sydney offices as a Senior Manager, where she managed, planned, coordinated, and led audits of companies ranging from start-ups up to private equity funds and large multinational listed companies.  Her experience includes analyzing and addressing complex accounting issues, including business combinations and consolidation, revenue recognition, and leases. Jessica has also been involved in initial public offering engagements of foreign private issuers, where she assisted with IFRS to US GAAP conversions and addressed the accounting treatment for restructuring and asset acquisition transactions.
