Kaitlyn is a Director in CNM’s San Diego office with 11 years of combined experience in external audit and accounting advisory. Her primary expertise is in SOX compliance, SOX readiness, and US GAAP and IFRS accounting. Kaitlyn serves as an advisor on first year implementations of the Sarbanes Oxley provisions, first year 404(b) implementations, as well as ongoing SOX compliance for SEC filers. Kaitlyn is a licensed US CPA in the state of California.
Prior to joining CNM, Kaitlyn worked as an Assurance Manager at EY for over 6 years, where she planned, managed, and executed integrated financial statement audits and statutory audits for primarily multinational, public clients. During this time, she worked collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver high quality, efficient audits in accordance with the applicable regulatory standards. Kaitlyn possesses a strong skill set with regards to risk assessment, engagement economics, and client management coordination. Her experience is from a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, aerospace and defense, and consumer products.
