Kevin Thoeng is a Managing Director in CNM’s Orange County office with over 17 years of experience in planning, executing, and overseeing audits, examinations, assessments, and risk-related projects. Kevin, with his experience in multiple wide-ranging industries and with multiple ERP and financial systems, will be helping to drive solutions for complex technical risk, compliance, and security challenges while providing exceptional client service.
Prior to joining CNM, Kevin worked at Ernst and Young as a Senior Manager in Advisory Services. Over the course of his career there, he executed and managed more than 100 internal and external audits, including assisting pre-IPO companies in preparing for SOX compliance and readiness, conducting technology assessments covering IT general controls, business process, and application controls, pre-and post-implementation reviews, and application security reviews; and preparing comprehensive findings and recommendations reports. He also partnered with senior management and business stakeholders to assess business and control risk challenges, collaboratively identifying effective strategic solutions to transform their risk profiles. In addition, Kevin is a proven leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills who has effectively managed teams of 30 on multiple engagements with wide-ranging skillsets
