Léna Le Gall-Diop is a Director in CNM’s Los Angeles office with over 12 years of experience in internal audit, SOX, and business process improvement. Léna has expertise in risk management, compliance, IPO readiness, and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining CNM, Léna worked as an internal audit Manager at The Walt Disney Company (“Disney”), where she coordinated and oversaw audits globally, including financial, operational, and regulatory audits. Tasks completed include initial scoping of the audit, overseeing control testing and documentation, summary of audit recommendations, and action plan monitoring. In addition, Léna supported annual risk assessment, audit plan development and Audit Committee reporting efforts for the business units under her responsibility. Lastly, Léna’s project management office (PMO) duties included collecting, analyzing, and communicating department-wide data on audit plans and key deliverable progress. Prior to Disney, Léna worked as an Advisory Services Senior at EY, where she provided internal audit, SOX, and performance improvement services to publicly listed and private clients.
