Michael Strong is a Managing Director in CNM’s Los Angeles office with over 14 years of experience in Public Accounting, Private Industry, and Consulting. He is responsible for leading teams on a variety of projects to assist clients with technical matters and assessment to determine the appropriate accounting and the associated processes.
Prior to joining CNM, Michael served as the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting at Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., where he was involved in a variety of areas, including business combinations, convertible debt, Investments, quarterly memos, review of financial statements, and review of a variety of account reconciliations assessing accounting treatment. In addition, Michael was also responsible for overseeing the international reporting team, coordinating audits and IFRS financial statements, and collaborating on international operations. Prior to Cornerstone OnDemand Inc., Michael was part of PwC’s Assurance practice.
