Mika Clark is a Director supporting CNM’s Los Angeles office with over 10 years of experience in public accounting. Her primary expertise is in technical accounting and financial reporting, including revenue recognition, inventory valuation, business combination, and stock-based compensation.
Prior to joining CNM, Mika worked at KPMG as an Audit Senior Manager, where she planned, coordinated, and conducted integrated financial audit statements under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards for various public and private companies. She managed and led audit engagements with multi-functional teams. She also evaluated and tested the design and operating effectiveness of clients’ internal control structure to determine compliance with AICPA and PCAOB/SOX standards.
