Mohammad is a Managing Director in CNM’s Woodland Hills office with over 17 years of experience in Data, Analytics, and Transformation. At CNM, he has established and leads the Data Analytics and Process Automation practice to serve client needs in the existing market in Southern California. He assists clients with activities around automating existing business processes, automating report generation, and deriving new and additional insights from their existing data assets. He focuses his efforts on delivering these services to specific client functions including Finance, Operations, IT, and Risk & Compliance. His team is comprised of Functional and Technical Analysts who understand client issues, propose solutions to address those issues, and build & deliver those solutions to transform the client’s business.
Prior to joining CNM, Mohammad had extensive experience leveraging data & analytics to deliver innovative solutions across finance, accounting, and technology. He has a proven track record of leading multifunctional teams serving financial services companies through Big 4 management consulting experience at PwC and Deloitte. Throughout his career, he’s demonstrated an innate ability to manage difficult situations and solve complex business issues. He had led efforts around implementing large ERP’s and reporting platforms, leveraging software like BlackLine and Trintech to automate account reconciliations, delivering bots to automate procedures in the Procure-to-Pay Cycle, and creating automated reports to enhance management and oversight of specific functions, such as Revenue.
