Founder & Executive Chair

Nathan Matthews is the founder and Executive Chair of CNM LLP. Under Nathan’s leadership and vision, CNM has grown into a premier technical advisory firm providing technical accounting, internal control, and IT advisory services. Nathan has served as lead partner for many of our clients by advising on a wide range of matters including initial public offerings, financial reporting, the application of technical accounting guidance, and internal control solutions.

Prior to CNM, Nathan worked as a Senior Manager in the Audit and Advisory practice at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP, where he provided a wide range of audit and advisory services across various industries.
