Director

Peter Kho is a director at CNM’s New York Office with 10 years of experience in public accounting. His primary specialty is performing analysis over various technical accounting topics, such as revenue recognition and equity, and advising clients on the relevant accounting treatment. He also has significant experiences with SEC filings, financial statement disclosures, and documentation of key processes and controls.

Prior to joining CNM, Peter was a senior manager at CFGI, providing technical accounting and consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including Aptitude RevStream, FanDuel, Inc., and Phreesia, Inc. He advised clients on diverse accounting topics including revenue recognition, leases, debt, warrant classification, segment reporting, common control transactions, and restructuring costs. He also served interim roles in FP&A and led system implementation projects.

Prior to CFGI, Peter was an audit manager in the KPMG New York financial services practice. He has over six years of experience in leading audit engagements for multinational companies in accordance with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) standards. His experience included planning, supervision, and execution of integrated audits for public real estate companies, and financial statement audits for real estate investment companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), real estate owners/operators, and various consumer market companies.
