Sarko Nalband is a Director in CNM’s Los Angeles office with 8 years of experience in internal audit. Sarko is a Certified Internal Auditor with experience across a wide range of industries and reviews. His primary expertise is in BSA/ AML/ OFAC compliance, Internal Controls Over Compliance (ICOC), capital planning, as well as various business processes and regulatory compliance internal audits.
Prior to joining CNM, Sarko worked at Protiviti as an Internal Audit Manager where he led multiple successful engagements in BSA/AML/OFAC compliance, ICOC, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Sarko was also responsible for the technical execution of engagements across a wide range of clients, industries, and review types. Sarko adds value by identifying client expectations, and exceeding stated objectives.
