Accounting expertise includes US GAAP & IFRS technical research, PCAOB & AICPA financial reporting, SEC filings & regulations (e.g., Form 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, S-4, 8-K, etc.), IPOs & SPACs, mergers & acquisitions, Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls readiness & implementations, flow charts & narratives, and business process improvements.
Representative US GAAP accounting experience includes revenues, leases, business combinations, segments, complex debt & equity financial instruments, goodwill, intangibles, long-lived assets, inventories, stock-based compensation, earnings per share, exit & disposal costs, and investments.
Representative financial reporting experience includes preparing and reviewing US GAAP and PCAOB compliant financial statements and accompanying required disclosures. Experience also includes first time financial statement preparation, public company disclosure benchmarking, SEC article 11 pro formas, and management discussion & analysis (MD&A).
Prior to joining CNM, Taj worked at KPMG as an assurance senior manager, where he conducted public & private company financial audit statements. The size and complexity ranging from privately held entities with multi-million revenues to multinational publicly traded entities with multi-billion revenues. He performed SOX 404 and audit procedures.
