Tina Diaz is a Director in CNM’s Orange County office with over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She serves in the Accounting and Transaction Advisory Services group at CNM. Tina has a vast knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting and assists clients with various technical accounting and financial reporting matters, including the adoption of new accounting standards and the proper application of existing accounting standards.
Prior to joining CNM, Tina worked as an Assurance Director at BDO USA, LLP Atlanta office. Tina served on audits for both public and private companies. Her experience includes assisting companies with financial and operational issues, IPO, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with SOX. Tina was involved in risk assessment, discussing potential compliance issues with management, and planning the audit by understanding the control environment, assessing risks, and understanding the client’s business and structure.
