Tracy Chen is a Managing Director at CNM’s Los Angeles Office with over 12 years of experience in public accounting, private industry and consulting. Her primary expertise is on technical accounting, operational accounting and financial reporting.
Prior to joining CNM, Tracy worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as an accounting manager, where she oversaw international reporting and general ledger accounting. Tracy has extensive experience in technical subject matters such as stock-based compensation, functional currency assessment, debt and equity issuance, revenue recognition, software capitalization and financial reporting under U.S Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and International Financial Reporting Standards. Tracy started her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she planned and executed all phases of the audit process for various public companies and assisted in IPO filings.
