Victor Choy is a Director in Los Angeles with ten years of relevant progressively experience in the field of accounting including six years of experience in public accounting with a Big 4 accounting firm. His primary expertise is technical accounting, financial reporting and operational accounting in areas such as: IPO readiness, revenue recognition, business combination, stock-based compensation, entertainment accounting and consolidation.
Prior to joining CNM, Victor worked at Deloitte in Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices as an audit senior. During his tenure in Deloitte, he planned, coordinated and conducted integrated financial statement audit for companies in various industries and sizes ranging from start-ups companies to listed companies with consolidated revenue of over $9 billion.
Victor is competent in both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (“US GAAP”) and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) in a variety of complex accounting issues and concepts.
