Zulema Garcia

Zulema Garcia is a Partner with 30 years of experience in accounting, audit, financial analysis, and operations, and serves as Head of SOX for CNM’s Business Process and IT SOX service lines. Zulema specializes in financial reporting, auditing, and advising clients, and she has a strong working knowledge of SEC, USGAAP, and IFRS financial reporting requirements and PCAOB auditing standards.
Prior to joining CNM, Zulema served as both Senior VP, Internal Audit, and WW Spend Management during her tenure at Herbalife, a company with global operations. Previously, she was with KPMG for 24 years, where she was an audit partner and served as Deputy Professional Practice Partner of the South Region (Latin America) and completed a rotation in KPMG’s Audit Quality and Professional Practice Group in New York.
Since December 2021, Zulema has served as an independent board member of Skechers and has been an independent board director of Cyclum Renewables since March 2025. Zulema also currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Mount St. Mary’s. She previously served on the boards of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. Zulema is also a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association and Women Corporate Directors (LA Chapter).
