Jeremy Wheeler is a Partner in CNM’s Orange County Office with over 20 years of experience in auditing and accounting consulting. Having worked with many companies addressing their SOX compliance needs, he will be responsible for overseeing the completion of the scope of services proposed and have ultimate responsibility for client service and satisfaction. Jeremy’s primary focus at CNM is to assist clients with SOX compliance, technical accounting matters, and SEC reporting. As the leader of the CNM OC office, he will also ensure the right local resources are available to assist you.
Prior to joining CNM, Jeremy was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG, leading audit teams through complex areas of accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. He specialized in audits of public and private companies across a variety of industries, serving on some of the largest technology clients in KPMG’s OC office.
